The Arthur Cox Employment Practice is one of the largest specialist teams in Northern Ireland.

Experience

The team acts for a wide range of public and private sector organizations, including many major local employers and multi-national corporations. Rosemary Lundy has specialist experience of equality law, having worked for the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland for seven years.

The team regularly delivers bespoke training to clients and seminars through various training providers in Northern Ireland. We also regularly publish articles in a range of newspapers and journals and provide a monthly, web-based employment clinic dealing with the full spectrum of employment issues.
