Baker McKenzie's Warsaw Capital Markets Practice Group is part of one of the largest capital markets practices in the world, with a team of over 300 lawyers in over 45 countries. We advise clients as a single integrated team via one platform, which includes offices located in key global financial centers such as London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. 


We handle the full range of ECM transactions, both on domestic and foreign markets, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements, rights issues, and accelerated book buildings and public M&A. We are experienced in structuring and negotiating DCM transactions across the entire spectrum of debt capital market products, including Eurobonds, EMTN programs, investment grade products, convertible and exchangeable bonds, project bonds and green bonds. 


Our Capital Markets Practice Group works closely with other departments at Baker McKenzie (e.g. IP/IT, M&A, Private Equity, Corporate, Tax) which allows us to provide comprehensive answers to our clients' business problems, as well as anticipate legal issues that may affect or impede their businesses. We work with entities from different industry sectors, such as technology, gaming, finance, e-commerce, real estate, oil & gas, construction, consumer goods & retail, logistics, and TMT.
