He started working with Baker McKenzie in 2008 in the capital markets department and specializes both in DCM (debt capital markets) and ECM (equity capital markets) deals (both domestic or cross-border, private and public, by Polish and foreign issuers, ordinary and so-called - ABB (accelerated book buildings), based on a prospectus or relevant prospectus exemptions).
He frequently advises also in other aspects of capital market law - tender offers, managerial and incentive programs (also including ESPP, SOP, RSU), financial services regulatory (capital and banking law, mifid, MAR, BMR), complex debt restructuring, public M&A and corporate governance.
