Baker McKenzie's practice in 2023 will continue to focus on providing comprehensive, complex and often strategic advice to German and international companies in cross-border projects such as reorganizations and restructurings, SE conversions, transaction support and post-merger integration (M&A). DPro projects in Germany, in particular in the areas of restructuring, reorganization, pension law, compliance/investigations, IT tools (incl. AI applications), ESG developments (incl. e.g. whistleblowing).
