Our Pennsylvania Corporate M&A/Private Equity/Securities attorneys have had a productive year, transactions that include traditional acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private and public securities offerings, and corporate reorganizations.

Our Philadelphia team’s clients primarily fall into the following categories:

3. Smaller public and private companies seeking to grow their businesses through outside investors and licensing transactions

4. Emerging companies. We formalized our experience with emerging companies in 2016 and launched both our Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Group as well as our innovative programs: Project Sing and Ballard Academy for Student Entrepreneurs (BASE), featured in Forbes magazine.
