The client fell down steep drop when ascending steps to a pub entrance, suffering moderate/severe traumatic brain injury and subarachnoid haemorrhage. Late attempt by Defendant to resile from admission of liability and allege contributory negligence successfully resisted. The team negotiated settlement of £235k, more than double Defendant’s initial offer.
