About

Provided by BDB Pitmans LLP

BDB’s agricultural law team works closely with a wide range of land owners, farmers and other owners and tenants of country property. The team consists of over 20 specialists in property, rural planning law, business partnerships, company law, tax and trusts, litigation and family issues.

Importantly, the team’s members have a background related to, or a keen interest in, the countryside and rural issues. They work closely with the main farming and landowning organisations and have strong links to the Country Land and Business Association, Historic Houses Association, National Farmers Union and English Heritage. BDB is appointed as the principal panel firm for members of the Tenant Farmers Association.

The variety of expertise we offer provides clients with access to the best possible advice both in traditional agriculture and estate management and also in facilitating development, diversification and intensification of land use.
