BCVL also represents Aliança before the National Electric Energy Agency in regulatory matters related to the impacts of the disaster on the concession contract for the exploration of the hydroelectric plant.
  • Represents Cemig in several lawsuits related to requests for solar plants to be connected to the energy distribution system.
  • Advised Rumo Logística on regulatory matters related to the recognition of hidden defects in a railway concession contract signed with the National Land Transportation Agency.
