Carey has assisted some of these clients on the insurance industry’s largest M&A deals in Chile and continues to provide advice to many of them on their ongoing regulatory, corporate, litigation, finance, transactional and tax matters, including serving as advisor and conducting their day-to-day relationship with the insurance regulator.
