Part of the Corporate and Finance service line, the team concentrates the firm’s expertise in transactional finance and financial regulation, and coordinates the service delivery towards the financial sector industry in the broad sense. The B&F department coordinates the service delivery towards the financial sector industry in the broad sense. Our selection on the law firm panels of KBC Bank, Degroof Petercam, the European Investment Bank, Gigarant and SFPI/FPIM (the Belgian sovereign fund) demonstrates our sector expertise.

Being part of the global Deloitte Legal team has allowed us to take our multidisciplinary collaboration to the next level, strengthening the very good and long standing working relationship we have with Deloitte. For financing transactions, this enables the B&F practice to tap into Deloitte’s tier 1 expertise in debt advisory and Tax structuring.
