Labour & Employment department of EY Peru has national and international recognition, which has allowed us to attract some of the most important local and foreign clients.

As part of our professional practice, we develop and offer a series of salary policy planning strategies to our clients to avoid eventual contingencies always adjusting their actions to current regulations. In addition, we provide sophisticated counsel on a full spectrum of labor and employment issues including collective bargaining, workforce transformation and restructuring plans, disciplinary actions, employment practices and severance agreements.

Also, through our immigration and mobility team, EY has been involved in the implementation of many global mobility programs in Peru. Our immigration team provide advisory services to Companies that are planning to move foreign personnel to Peru and advice regarding the proper visa that will correspond to them. We oversee the labor advise and the immigration assistance to manage them with a legal status within our country. Also, our team give relocation advise, supporting expatriates to find housing and school for children.
