We deploy an integrated approach to our practice by structuring our real estate group to include the numerous specialties required for complex real estate transactions. For example, in addition to our traditional real estate lawyers, our real estate group is comprised of corporate lawyers who have an expertise in securities, M&A, IPOs and REITs; tax lawyers with expertise in corporate, partnership, REIT and other related tax matters; ERISA experts; and fund formation experts specializing in the formation of investment funds.
