  • Kim & Chang successfully represented Medytox in a trade secret misappropriation litigation against Daewoong in Korea as well as assisting with the parallel US ITC investigation. The Korean court ordered Daewoong to stop the use of and return a strain to Medytox and awarded Medytox damages of USD32 million.
