Career

Mr. Kim is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang who is a member of the California State Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Kim has been a member of the California State Bar since 2000 and has extensive experience litigating, prosecuting and counseling patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Mr. Kim has also worked on patents in a wide variety of technical areas, including semiconductor equipment, telecommunication devices, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, and consumer goods. Mr. Kim also has extensive experience defending and counseling clients in customs, audits, and export control matters.
