King & Wood Mallesons represented Roche and Shionogi in a patent linkage lawsuit against CSPC Ouyi, a Chinese generic drug manufacturer, which initiated patent invalidation of Roche and Shinogi's influenza drug several years ago. The client obtained a favourable result before the Supreme People's Court.
