Our Firm’s Real Estate practice is known for providing comprehensive advice in all segments of the real estate market, bringing together our expertise in regulatory matters, M&A, finance, environmental and tax law. A distinguishing factor of our practice is that we have a specialized Tax team, through which we are able to provide clients with legal and tax solutions when structuring their real estate deals.
