The Mourant Guernsey Property team is comprised of specialist commercial property lawyers who are dedicated entirely to property issues. We are the only team in Guernsey whose sole focus is on commercial real estate, meaning that our time and resources are not subject to the competing demands caused by the residential housing market, and we remain dedicated to servicing our commercial clients.
Our real estate offering brings together our Corporate, Trusts and Litigation teams and means that we can support our clients in achieving their commercial objectives. For example, we work very closely with our Corporate team to provide property-related advice in connection with the acquisition and disposal of local and non-local businesses who hold an interest in Guernsey property and the occupation and use of commercial property.
