The Mourant Jersey Property team advises in all aspects of commercial property work, including development work, planning law, construction law, property litigation, relocation, lending, and regulatory advice to a wide client base including most of the world's banks, PE and property funds, leading retailers, financial services providers, developers, and high net worth individuals.
We are known for discreetly servicing complex commercial transactions, advising onshore firms on Jersey aspects of worldwide deals, financial security over Jersey property and its realisation, advising the Jersey Government's property arm, the Parish of St Helier and the island's sole electricity provider.
Our client base is founded on long-standing local and international relationships and we are regularly instructed on property re-financing/restructuring deals and drafting and reviewing core security documentation.
