Ms. Nijman represents clients in environmental litigation/compliance, and all phases of CERCLA.

Ms. Franzetti is an experienced litigator who has successfully handled discharge variances/permit appeals/challenges under the Clean Water Act. She acts as group counsel in CERCLA matters at several sites.

Ms. Grayson serves as national environmental counsel addressing compliance, risk management, enforcement, and remediation.

Ms. Brice represents clients nationwide in environmental litigation/toxic tort disputes, with a focus on scientific issues.

Ms. Vidmar specializes in transactional matters and regulatory disputes, including Clean Air Act compliance and enforcement matters.

Partner Kristen Gale handles all aspects of environmental litigation and compliance counseling.

All of the partners handle environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including Brownfields Redevelopment projects.
