Susan Franzetti is a Partner at Nijman Franzetti LLP, a women-owned environmental firm in Chicago. Ms Franzetti's practice includes compliance counseling, regulatory and litigation matters. She has extensive experience in Clean Water Act matters, including NPDES, stormwater overflows and pretreatment permitting, water quality standards, and SPCC/FRP Plans. She also counsels clients on RCRA issues and in pursuing NFR determinations under state cleanup programs. She represents companies in numerous federal and state Superfund sites, including serving as common counsel to PRP Groups. Ms Franzetti received her JD, cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago.
