Ogier has a long-established Investment Funds practice in Jersey, led by a team of experienced partners, backed by expertise across time zones throughout our offices in BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg. Ogier remains one of only two offshore law firms to provide both Jersey and Luxembourg legal services.

The team has particular expertise in private equity, venture capital, real estate, debt, mezzanine funds, listed funds and open-ended fund structures, as well as sustainable investing and impact funds.
