Career
Alexandra specialises in the funds, regulatory and listing practice areas. Alexandra advises a range of collective investment funds on an on-going basis and has launched a number of investment funds and investment structures (both open and closed ended) with a particular focus on private equity, mezzanine and property funds. Clients say that Alexandra is ‘very good, personable and very efficient’.
Alexandra joined Ogier in 2008 completing her training as an English solicitor within the Business and Trust Law Group and dispute resolution practice. Prior to joining Ogier, Alexandra read Theology at University of Durham and graduated in 2004. Following this, Alexandra completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Law School in 2006 and the Legal Practice Course with The College of Law, London - Bloomsbury in 2007.
