We boast a portfolio of some of the highest profile personal injury, clinical negligence, employment, pensions and travel law cases. Our barristers have also acted in major product liability and financial services mis-selling claims.


We have acted in all of the high-profile private sector mass claimant Equal Pay claims for tens of thousands of claimants in all the supermarket and retail sector claims (eg against Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrisons, Next).


Our public sector Pension challenges experience includes acting for the claimants (tens of thousands) in most, if not all, claims arising from the Government’s attempts to reform public sector pension provision (e.g. judges, firefighters, police, MOD police, probation officers, teachers, NHS staff).


Our Personal Injury barristers have acted in the Hormone Pregnancy Test Litigation, Military Non-Freezing Cold Injury & Noise-Induced Hearing Loss Litigation and Covid 19 Care Home Discharge Litigation.


Our Product Liability barristers are involved in Grenfell Tower and the Bomu Bony Pipeline Litigation amongst others.
