Pinsent Masons has established infrastructure and construction legal capabilities in both Hong Kong and Singapore. It regularly advises public and private sector clients on the development of key transport projects in the region, including the Philippines, as well as in locations further afield, such as the Middle East. The team is well versed in acting on EPC matters and in advising project sponsors. It continues to receive instructions from government entities and authorities with regard to BOT and PPP work.
