Our Mergers & Acquisitions practice focuses on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including stock and asset purchases, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate reorganizations. Indeed, many of our corporate deals have a non-U.S. component, be it the seller or the buyer’s residence, or both. We have decades of combined experience advising clients on M&A across most of the U.S. (including, New York, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Delaware, etc.), as well as in cross-border deals in North America, Latin America and Europe. 

Recent work:

1. Advised Teckel Medical in acquiring 100% of the equity interests of Sensely Inc., a California-based digital healthcare provider, and its UK subsidiary.
2. Represented KCE, S.L.U., as seller, in the cash merger of CTL Packaging USA Inc., a North Carolina developer and manufacturer of flexible tube packaging solutions. The purchaser was ShawKwei & Partners, a Singapore/Hong-Kong private equity. 
3. Advised Falabella Ventures on their investment in Simetrik’s Series B round, a LatAm company specializing in generative AI technologies. The Series B round raised $55 million and was led by Goldman Sachs.
4. Advised Azvi, a Spanish infrastructure group with a presence in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America, in securing a US$20M confirming line from IDB Invest for its operations in Latin America.
5. Advised Ferrado Offices, an affiliate of Ferrado Properties, in connection with the purchase of real estate in Boston, MA.
