include domestic and international commercial banks, community banks, finance companies, investment banks, REITs, borrowers, guarantors and other credit enhancers. We assist in structuring, negotiating, documenting, closing and managing credit transactions.

 

Our experience includes domestic and cross-border matters involving borrowers in various industries and a range of collateral, including inventory, accounts receivable, equipment, intellectual property, aircraft, rolling stock and vessels.

 

Our Commercial Real Estate Lending Group represents commercial and investment banks, insurance companies and other institutional lenders in connection with the extension of credit. We have experience financing

the acquisition, development and construction of real estate projects, employing advanced lending techniques and negotiating financing documents and the workout of troubled assets.
