Our banking and finance team advises on a wide spectrum of matters ranging from intricate problem-solving in multijurisdictional real estate finance projects to acquisition finance, project finance and corporate restructurings. We have also gained experience in financing wind and photovoltaic farms as well as biogas plants, and intend to increase our workload with regard to infrastructure finance projects.
