Our Cases
Our most recent B&F project entails advising a syndicate comprising Erste Group Bank and Erste Bank Novi Sad on a cross-border facility to be extended to a Serbian borrower in the amount of EUR 25 million for financing the real estate project in Novi Beograd and refinancing of existing financial indebtedness of the borrower. We covered the English law aspects of the transaction, as the facility is to be concluded in line with the LMA standard. We were actively engaged in digital mobile onboarding, advising an international online marketplace on the legal and regulatory feasibility of payment services for e-commerce transactions.
