We regularly advise on financings, particularly in a cross-border context. Over the past year, we have been involved in several significant financings in the Slovenian market. We frequently assist clients in connection with refinancing, financial restructuring, and other banking transactions with multi-jurisdictional elements, which are driven by the financial situation in Slovenia and the corresponding needs of the market. Moreover, we advise on NPL transactions and transactions involving the sale of loan portfolios / receivables (both on sell- and buy-side).

Wolf Theiss is one of the few Slovenian firms with a deep knowledge and experience in debt capital markets transactions. We regularly advise underwriters in the context of sovereign bond issuances. We have also been retained by financial institutions on their debut issuances of subordinated debt instruments.
