Our team works on complex cases and high-end matters for multinational corporations and highly specialised companies in Austria and across our offices in 12 other CEE/SEE countries.
We advise on IP strategy to help businesses benefit from their competitive advantages and leverage innovation: from the development of IP assets to prosecution and enforcement. We have extensive experience in IP litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, design rights and unfair competition, as well as in the protection of know-how and trade secrets.
