Georg Kresbach has over 30 years of experience in IP law (trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights). He also specialises in technology and digital law (new media and internet law, software agreements and IT outsourcing) and unfair competition. In addition, he regularly advises companies in the life sciences sector.
Career
Georg has been Partner at Wolf Theiss since 1996 and heads the firm-wide IP & TMT team.
