Financial Regulatory Law; Capital Markets; Corporate Transactions. Christine is an expert in the financial sector with exceptional knowledge and practical experience in banking and regulatory law as well as in capital markets law. She regularly advises a number of Austrian and international clients of the financial sector on financial regulatory matters, (cross-border) M&A transactions, capital increases and IPOs as well as debt issuances of credit institutions and insurance companies. She is also a leading expert in bank regulatory (capital) matters, advising institutions in Austria and CEE/SEE in relation to issues of regulatory capital (such as AT 1, Tier 2 and MREL eligible notes as well as covered bonds).

Counsel, WOLF THEISS, since 2010. Before joining WOLF THEISS, Christine, inter alia, worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).
