Our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice focuses on value preservation and creation for financially challenged companies, creditors and investors in both contentious and non-contentious situations.
The team combines extensive litigation experience and in-depth knowledge of the market to structure transactions and reorganisation plans together with our Special Situations Advisory Practice which brings capital markets and financing expertise to all our complex high profile engagements.
