The team combines extensive litigation experience and in-depth knowledge of the market to structure transactions and reorganisation plans together with our Special Situations Advisory Practice which brings capital markets and financing expertise to all our complex high profile engagements.  This targeted and sophisticated interdisciplinary approach ensures our stakeholders are fully advised on the whole spectrum of issues that arise in heavily leveraged situations including debtor-in possession  and multiple part financing, inter-creditor claims, necessary recovery and “make whole” actions, cross-border disputes, asset acquisitions and disposals, alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, protection of creditors from liability, adoption and renegotiation of key contracts and the formulation and implementation of restructuring plans that align solutions across the entire group’s capital structure. We have advised on every significant listed company restructuring in Singapore and regularly advise stakeholders in pivotal cross-border restructurings in ASEAN.
