Our pioneering antitrust practice has received global recognition over the past two decades. Beginning in 2002, we have consistently been ranked by Global Competition Review (GCR) as one of the world’s top 100 antitrust law firms. Over this period, our antitrust practice has earned the “Elite” distinction every year, annually awarded by GCR, for 22 consecutive years. Similarly, other global ranking publications have consistently rated our antitrust practice as one of the very best in Korea.
We take great pride in providing our clients with the best legal service. Whether providing advice at the business planning phase, responding to a KFTC investigation, or litigating an administrative, civil, or criminal action, we believe our antitrust practice is best suited for protecting our clients’ interests.
Our practice areas include:
- Merger Control
- Cartels
- Abuse of Dominance
- Unfair Trade Practices
- Unfair Solicitation of Customers
- Unlawful Discriminatory Practices
- Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position
- Unfair Refusal to Deal
- Misleading or Deceptive Labelling & Advertising Practices
- Other Antitrust Matters
No other Korean firms come close to the breadth and depth of our contributions to the international antitrust community. We were extremely active in international antitrust bar associations and business organizations, including the ABA, IBA, OECD and ICC, taking leadership roles and contributing to the development of robust dialogue on antitrust in a truly international sense.
