Career
Mr. Cecil Chung is Vice-Chair of Antitrust Practice and Head of International Antitrust at Yulchon. He has practiced law for over twenty five years, focusing on antitrust, consumer protection, and intellectual property. In his antitrust practice, he has handled numerous cartel, merger control, and unfair trade practice matters. He was previously with the US Federal Trade Commission, and an antitrust partner at both Pillsbury Winthrop and Greenberg Traurig in Washington, DC. He is recognized as a leading competition lawyer by numerous publications including Who’s Who Legal, Chambers, and Expert Guides.
