Sung-Jin Kim is a partner at Yulchon LLC and his main practice areas include M&A, private equity funds, domestic and overseas investment, corporate law, financial laws, and healthcare.
Mr. Kim has extensive experience of handling M&A cases for various industries including IT, finance, manufacturing and healthcare, and advises numerous companies at home and abroad based on such experiences. Mr. Kim also provides broad legal consultations on diverse types of transactions involving private equity funds, e.g., M&As, mezzanine investment, and equity investment, etc. He has represented domestic and foreign companies and advised them on international M&As, establishment of JV, and investment dealings. He also offers specialized legal services regarding corporate governance, transition to holding company, management rights disputes, IPO, acquisition financing, and regulations on finance or listing, etc.
