Luke is a DEI Manager at Chambers and Partners. He has nine years’ experience in the DEI sector and previously worked for a social mobility NGO. 

His remit includes setting and progressing the departmental strategy, focusing both internally at Chambers and working externally with the market to advance DEI. 

Luke works closely with market leading firms and other external collaborators to promote best practice, share success stories and strategies, and produce thought leadership content. 

Internally at Chambers, Luke launched and co-manages INSPIRE, the internal DEI and Responsible Business Committee, raising awareness of key issues and promoting an inclusive culture. He also works alongside the Executive Leadership Team to advance DEI. 

Ellie is DEI Manager at Chambers. Along with her colleague Luke Vincett she manages all DEI activity at Chambers, working to make Chambers products more inclusive and creating market leading Thought Leadership through content, events and awards, as well as building a welcoming and inclusive internal culture. 

Having originally joined in April 2021 as a DEI Advisor, Ellie’s work focusses on keeping Chambers at the forefront of advocating for increased diversity within the global legal industry. Prior to working at Chambers, she worked as a relationship & community manager at a workplace wellbeing charity and in the marketing team of three well known law firms. Ellie is also a neurodiversity advocate who has won awards for her work, compered at industry conferences and spoken at leading organisations like Coca Cola and Direct Line. 

Ellie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in Politics. In her spare time she works on her novel, volunteers at her local food bank and teaches her dog (a small cockapoo named Teddy) new tricks.
