Thought Leadership on DEI
Analysing the diversity across the legal market
Chambers DEI legal topics promotes the trailblazing work that firms and in-house legal teams are involved in to further the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Through interviews, in-depth case studies, podcasts and more, we bring interesting and impactful stories to our audience.
We also publish regional reports on the key themes and trends developing in diversity, pro bono and sustainability work. These reports feature editorial and case studies providing best practice guidance on how individuals and organisations can create change where they work.
Regional DEI Reports based on top submissions
Every year hundreds of firms submit to the Chambers DEI Awards programme, which has now been active for over a decade. From the multitude of nominations we receive, the Chambers DEI team is tasked with picking out the very best initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness and rewarding a deserving few at our annual awards ceremony.
Our team are consistently impressed by the dedication and innovation shown. With this in mind, in 2021 we begun producing Regional DEI Reports to highlight exemplary work in a number of jurisdictions. These Reports distil the key trends found across the breadth of firm submissions.
Each report takes a deep dive into some of the most innovative and interesting programs submitted through a variety of individual profiles and case studies, aiming to provide readers with inspiration, practical tips and best practice guidance. The Reports cover how these successful initiatives were established, the challenges they had to overcome and how they managed to achieve their aims, with collaborations ranging from local NGOs to huge multinationals. The common denominator continues to be the absolute commitment to the cause, and a determination to make a difference.
The Chambers team hope that these Reports will help support you in your DEI, pro bono and sustainability work and look forward to continually collaborating with the legal profession through our research and events.
