The patent team is growing rapidly in recent years and the firm is experienced in handling patent litigation, prosecution and research in various fields. With the precise work and flexible response, the firm attracted more and more Japanese clients for patent prosecution and analysis in the machinery, pharmaceutical and automobile industry. Embedded with the patent practice, the investigation team of the firm provides fantastic support for evidence collection, which is valuable and fatal in the patent disputes and litigation cases. And, the firm set up a strong team for patent translation and helps international clients to develop the translations more sufficient for future litigation cases.
