- CVC Capital Partners on its investment in a majority stake of Vietnam-based Phuong Chau Trade and Investment JSC, the operator of the Phuong Chau-branded maternal and infant care hospitals in southern Vietnam.
- Cerberus Capital on the Vietnam aspects of its acquisition of National Dentex Labs, a provider of dental prosthetics and restorative dentistry products.
- Credit Guarantee and Investment in relation to the Facility Guarantee of VND2.33 trillion (approximately US$100m) dual-tranche fixed rate bonds issued by Hoan My Medical Corporation.
