• Cerberus Capital on the Vietnam aspects of its acquisition of National Dentex Labs, a provider of dental prosthetics and restorative dentistry products.
• Credit Guarantee and Investment in relation to the Facility Guarantee of VND2.33 trillion (approximately US$100m) dual-tranche fixed rate bonds issued by Hoan My Medical Corporation.
• Harbinger on its investment in and financing of the USD 4bn Ho Tram Casino Project.
