Justin is a lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience, more than 16 years of which he gained practising in Vietnam. Justin gained top-tier private practice experience in Australia as well as senior in-house experience before moving to Vietnam in 2007, where he has practised ever since, in the top tier of private practice in Vietnam.
Primarily a corporate and commercial lawyer with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, Justin is also experienced in renewable energy, banking and finance capital markets, real estate and construction, TMT, and employment law. Justin advises VC and PE funds and managers, institutional investors, corporates, and high net worth individuals across a diverse range of industry sectors in connection with their investment and business activities in Vietnam.
