About
Claudio Zalaf Advogados Associados (CZAA) was founded almost 60 years ago, being currently established as a leading firm not only in Campinas/SP and its surroundings, but also in the whole State of São Paulo. With offices in the cities of Campinas and Limeira/SP, its clients come from a broad range of economic sectors, mostly industries, and also trade companies and service providers.
The team of approx. 50 lawyers has a 360º market view and is result-oriented by comprehensively acting with the clients, seeking for strategic and unique solutions to each matter. The main focus of the firm is to contribute to the success and competitiveness of the clients’ businesses through solutions and legal theses that are aligned to their needs, in a sustainable, proactive and anticipated way, having as values trust and proximity in personal relationships, the commitment to meeting deadlines, in addition to the work developed and the study and dedication to its clients.
As so, the firm can offer a strategic vision, with the development and creation of new areas to expand the service portfolio in a specialized way, and to expand the team with operational excellence. For example, aiming to better service the clients with specific consulting demands, the firm recently developed a new practice focused only in strategic contractual and corporate matters, thus leaving the rest of the team focused exclusively on procedural matters.
With a solid legal team and a multidisciplinary business vision, the firm works in various legal practices with complete and effective solutions:
- Corporate and Contractual
- Tax
- Corporate Civil Law and Family and Succession Law
- Mass Litigation
- Regulatory Law
- Digital Law
- Pro Bono
- Digital Compliance
CZAA relies on advanced technology tools in its daily internal processes, which deeply help decision makers. Through the Jurimetrics tool, the firm reaches a Big Data analysis of the Brazilian Judiciary and is able to map the tendency of the judges' decisions, separating, for example, decisions by judge, by themes or any other filters that may be interesting for the case. More recently, the firm has also started using Visual Law in its materials, contracts and opinions, aiming to offer a more objective – and less technical – language to our clients, improving its communication.
