  • Commercial Dispute Resolution: Specialist expertise in banking and finance; companies, joint ventures and partnerships; executive and employment disputes; franchising; intellectual property and private international law. Michael Wheater KC and Charles Raffin are the authors of: e-Disclosure – Law & Practice.
  • Construction & Engineering: Members deal in both construction litigation and arbitration; construction insolvency; energy and renewables; the professional negligence of construction professionals and property damage. Paul Reed KC is the author of two leading texts: Construction All Risks Insurance and Construction Professional Indemnity Insurance, which members of the construction team have contributed to.
  • Insolvency & Restructuring: The team specialises in corporate and personal insolvency; construction and property insolvency; directors’ disqualification as well as civil fraud and asset tracing. They edit Atkins Corporate Insolvency and contribute to Tolley’s Insolvency Law.
  • Insurance: Gatehouse Chambers covers construction and professional indemnity insurance as well as general coverage disputes. Barristers also help produce Insurance Broking Practice & the Law.
  • Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence: Specialist expertise in disease, fraud, inquests, inquiries and product liability.
