Equity Capital Markets:

The firm advises on a wide range of capital markets matters, including takeovers, listings, public offerings, private placements, redemption and buy-back programmes and stock exchange and securities regulations.

Debt Capital Markets:

The firm regularly acts both for financial advisers and issuers as well as investors and agents in all stages of corporate bond transactions, including in relation to renegotiations of terms, reconstructions and distressed scenarios.

M&A:

The firm advises public and private companies, including private equity funds, on all types of mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private transactions, and management buyouts.

Corporate & Commercial:

The firm regularly handles shareholder and joint venture agreements and acts as adviser in the restructuring of companies and business groups. The firm frequently advises clients on issues concerning board responsibility, changes in capital structure, incentive programmes for employees, annual general meetings of shareholders and other corporate governance issues.

Arbitration & Litigation:
