Equity Capital Markets

The firm advises all types of clients to fulfil the requirements of the general data protection regulation (GDPR), including considerations involving other areas of regulatory compliance, and transactional data protection advice, including due diligence and support in M&A and other types of transactions. In relation to data protection, the firm also provides advice to prepare clients with regard to the frameworks established under the upcoming artificial intelligence (AI) regulation, primarily in the form of governance when using, creating and/or implementing AI.
