Fredrik has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2007 and is co-heading the firm's corporate/capital markets practice group. He has over 20 years' experience practising in the areas of private and public M&A, equity capital markets and venture capital investments in a number of different sectors, including banking, healthcare, commodities and energy. Fredrik also has extensive experience of providing day-to-day advice to listed and other companies on everything from securities law and corporate law issues to commercial contracts, and in running multi-jurisdictional international transactions.
