The Firm has a robust litigation practice representing clients in a wide variety of criminal, civil, and administrative matters. We will be appearing as lead trial counsel for a September 2024 trial involving complex issues under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act that is anticipated to last four weeks.We recently completed a complex insider trading trial in the Northern District of California that raised novel theories and generated significant national attention.In 2023, we secured an acquittal after trial on all counts against a former Fox Sports executive charged in the sprawling FIFA bribery prosecution brought by the Department of Justice in the Eastern District of New York, which was the only acquittal among the three defendants charged. Also in 2023, we obtained an order dismissing all charges in a fraud case once touted by the Orange County District Attorney as the largest insurance fraud case ever prosecuted by his Office. The Firm currently represents Andrew Left and Citron Capital in an SEC investigation into liability under Section 10b(5) of the Security and Exchange Act that has broad implications for investors and investment firms across the country.The Firm repeatedly finds itself trying high-stakes cases of national significance across a wide variety of different subject matters.
