About
Welcome to ingenuity in legal services, where innovation and expertise drive better outcomes.
UnitedLex is a data and professional services company delivering outcomes that create value for high-performing law firms and corporate legal departments in the areas of digital litigation, intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and legal operations. Founded in 2006 with a mission to push the boundaries of legal innovation, we provide solutions that enable measurable performance improvement, risk mitigation, revenue gain, cost reduction, and digital business synergy. Our team of 3,000+ legal, data, and technology professionals supports our clients from operational centers around the world.
In-house legal teams and law firms alike trust UnitedLex to help them modernize and innovate. As they tackle growing sets of challenges with shrinking resources, our global footprint, talented team, and proven approaches offer practical solutions to help them meet these lofty goals, and our track record of successful collaboration continues to grow as legal teams look to expand successes in other disciplines. In our 2024 survey of litigators, Mandate to Modernize: A Deep Dive into Priorities for Litigators, for example, 39% of in-house litigators and 21% of law firms reported they currently access specialized expertise, specifically in AI tools and workflows, through their ALSPs rather than building the tools themselves, and they plan to deploy AI in an increasingly wide array of use cases. According to the survey, 58% of both law firms and in-house teams currently use AI/generative AI for document review, and both groups also use or plan to use these tools for witness/deposition preparation (48% and 52%, respectively) and privilege logging (45% and 50%). As legal teams must do more with less, UnitedLex provides the roadmaps, guides, and drivers to take them there.
