He has experience in advising various real estate funds, multi-national companies, airport operators, lenders, borrowers, retailers, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, and operators in a broad range of business arena.

His practice areas include advising on all aspects of investments into real estate projects, creation of security, sale and purchase of real properties, including commercial leasing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation of the transaction, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to sale, mortgage, loans, license, construction, services, agency & franchise, litigation and arbitration related to real properties, among many others and advising domestic and international corporate clients on their general legal requirements.

• Advised Blackstone on the real estate aspects in its acquisition of commercials assets pan India from Prestige Group - one of the largest real estate transactions in India.

• Acting for a Canadian sovereign fund on its multiple investments into real estate developers in India.

• Acting for Apollo Asia RE Singapore Fund on the real estate aspects of its lending transactions with real estate developers.

• Advising Asia Pragati Strategic Investment Fund on debt transactions.

• Advised Blackstone on the real estate aspects in relation to its recent acquisitions of commercial and warehousing assets in North and West India.

• Advised Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) in relation to the real estate aspects of its strategic disinvestment of Air India Limited.

• Advising Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) on the real estate aspects of its non-aeronautical business.

• Advising Gillette India Limited (P&G) in its real estate matters.

• Advised Indian subsidiary of Vicat S. A. (world’s 2nd largest cement manufacturer) in relation to acquisition of 2,900 acres (12,63,24,000 square feet) of land in Gulbarga District of Karnataka for setting-up of a cement plant having a production capacity of 5.5 million tones (approx.) per annum.

• Advising Omaxe Limited in its real estate matters.

• Advising Nucleus Office Parks, a Grade A commercial assets manager of assets owned by Blackstone Group, in relation to its leasing business in India.

• Advising HI Parks, a leading logistics & warehouse portfolio of Blackstone Group, in relation to its leasing business in India.

• Advising Mahindra Renewables and JSW Renewable Energy in their respective renewable energy projects.

• Advising SmartCity (Kochi), a subsidiary of TECOM Group, Dubai on its real estate project in India.

• Advised The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited in relation to the real estate aspects of its multiple lending transactions with a developer in North India.
