Career
Adam Hosmer-Henner represents Nevada’s largest companies and entities in high-profile cases throughout the state. He is Chair of the Appellate Practice Group and has handled over forty appeals at the Nevada Supreme Court and argued multiple cases before the Court. Mr. Hosmer-Henner represents his clients in litigation and arbitration involving a wide range of complex matters and focuses on health care, gaming, antitrust and unfair trade practices, intellectual property, trusts and estates, and commercial torts.
Mr. Hosmer-Henner previously worked in the Antitrust and Competition Department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York. He also worked as a legal advisor for the Remote Gambling Association in Brussels, Belgium where he counseled the association and its members on regulatory, tax and competition issues affecting the European online gambling sector.
